Please note: We will not be able to book and confirm an appointment for you until you have purchased one of the test options from our website. You can find out current availability by emailing bookings@examenlab.com stating which test you wish to purchase.
On completion of your order, a member of our booking team will be in touch within 1 business day to arrange a mutually convenient time and date for your appointment. If you have not heard from the booking team, please contact bookings@examenlab.com quoting your order number and the name of the person attending the appointment.
Please note: If you are ordering a test on behalf of your partner, please ensure that it is your partner’s first name and last name that is entered into the test order form.
Your transaction will show on your card statement as ‘Examen’ and will not include the details of your purchase.
